All day yesterday, it was trying to snow, and finally in the late afternoon, it got it. Here it is, the next morning, and there is actual snow. I am going to go out on a limb and say blizzard.
You guys should see the looks on my kid's faces. It's joy.
Now for the video, watch until the end. There is a surprise ending.
I heart Idaho too especially because of snow. We got snow today too but it's not totally covering the ground. Your so lucky.
ReplyDeleteI hope you gize were able to get out of your driveway without killing yourselves. Today I parked in the driveway of a lady I visit teach, set the emergency brake, and went in to visit for about a half hour. When I came back out, my car had slid out of the driveway and into the street and had apparently been sitting there the whole time. Everyone was gracious enough to not crash into it. I'm afraid I'm not a lover of snow in my own town. I don't mind visiting it, but I don't want to live in it!
ReplyDeleteWhy am I not envious? I can still conjure up that painful feeling of putting on church dress on a dreary, snowy Sunday morning and freezing my butt off all the way to church because it wasn't a long enough drive to warm up the car. I'm looking forward to visiting the snow, but it's currently very sunny and happy here.
ReplyDeleteI like the snow in moderation. Idaho has the perfect amount of snow each year.
ReplyDeleteMy kids would DIE to play in it. Do you have all the right gear/clothes?
ReplyDeleteAnd you can ski in it you gize!!
ReplyDeleteIt's fun until after Christmas.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty! I loved the snow in ID when I lived there for a short time. It sure makes it feel more like Christmas doesn't it?
ReplyDeleteI watched and re-watched the video and STILL couldn't figure out what Tom (or the mystery person) said. Dang.
So are you guys back in Boise, or just visiting? I love the snow
