No More Babies For Me!

I would like to address all of those pregnancy rumors. I am not pregnant!! That is sick. What kind of weirdo would have kids one right after the other like that? Not me for sure. I am happy to inform you all that you will never hear me say those words in that combination again. By the way, Amy is pregnant.

Authenic "Mom" Jeans

Well, yesterday was laundry day. All of my pants that I usually wear were in the wash. I had to decide between shorts and maternity pants. Since I hadn't shaved my legs, the choice was easy. Maternity pants! These weren't the panel pants, you know, the elastic waistband, just like the one you all know and love with the elastic you pull out and secure with a button. I didn't plan on leaving the house so it was going to be fine. Around noon, the kids seemed more out of control than normal, and who cares if I wear maternity pants to the park? Not me that is for sure. I have never been so comfortable in my entire life. I deiced to wear them the rest of the day, to Walmart, and Costco. I even ran into someone from my ward. I don't regret my choice to stay dressed in those pants. It was totally worth it. I thought I would put a picture on here to show how unattractive they were, but I could only get Violet to help me with taking the picture. i must say she did pretty good for a two year old. The lovely pants even transitioned into night. Comfy enough to sleep in. I recommend that everyone get a pair.

A lot of Hazel and Atticus

This is the second part in this two part series. Hazel immediately took a camera full of pictures of herself so I could make a movie of her. I hope it meets her expectations, and the expectations of all the hard to please bloggers out there.

Naughty Naughty

This was the kids punishment for being so darn cute. They had to sit and watch "Shrek The Halls" in its entirety. Don't they look miserable?

Chronic-WHAT-cles of a Candy Addict

I just thought the best way to overcome my addiction is to admit I have a problem. I would like you all to take notice. I bought all this candy yesterday. If you look closely you can see that every bag is open. (I like to have a nice variety when I am stuffing my face) I am not even joking when I say that this will only last me, maybe, three more days. Gross huh. Truthfully, I don't have any plans to change my habit. I like-a da candy.
My name is Katie, and I have an addiction.

Christmas Chaos

I just wanted everyone to have the chance to be with us in our most important events, and since I don't have room for you all (or refreshments that I want to share) you are all invited via my blog. I know it is a bit corny, but I am working with a very limited music selection. Frankly, I am surprised that Barry Manilow Christmas was in my collection, but for times like this i am thankful. I had a "cooler" Christmas CD, but it just wasn't working. It was setting the wrong mood. Not that Barry isn't cool, he definitely has his moments, I just don't think Christmas is his holiday. No offense to all those Manilow lovers out there.

Did anyone else notice that my kids are always in their pajamas? That is the way we roll at our house. We don't get dressed unless we have to. Even then, not always. Really, pajamas go with everything, including Christmas tree decorating.

I hope this puts everyone in the mood for Christmas. I am pretty sure this is going to be the best one so far. (I think I say that every year) Now, lets get some egg nog and some decent Christmas music. Anyone up for a little mexican?... train that is.

Tom doesn't think this is funny, so look forward to some real belly laughs (his words) from Tom. Coming soon...

My First Attempt at a Homemade Video

A couple of people I would like thank, that made this video happen. First, Jenny in her infinite wisdom. I couldn't have done it without her technical support. I would also like to thank Barbie for lending her voice. It was either Barbie or Morrissey, and I just wasn't feeling "Hairdresser on Fire"ish. (Tom had all of our other CD's in his car.) I think it came out just fine. I am just glad Barbie is always there when I need her. Since I didn't have any Christmas music readily available, I will complete my first video to be viewed at a later date. (You can wait.)

About this video:

I found all of these pictures when I was downloading them onto the computer. Hazel was very proud of what she had done. Each picture has a story. I just don't know how it goes.

Tom Junior?

Do you see it now? Atticus is looking more and more like Tom every day.

What You've All Been Waiting For!

This picture was taken just moments ago. This is for all the Morgan groupies that just can't get enough. I heard that John Mayer was going to take pictures of his dinner, and post it on his blog...you know you want to know what I had for dinner, but I am not going to fill your sick needs!

Extreme Mormons

Fancy Cat

We have had quite the week. We had company here in town for Ms. Senior America. Our ex-neighbor's mom made the top ten, but she just couldn't pull it out in the end.
Who's a happy baby? You are.

The kids after a long night of trick or treating. By this point we had lost the wings, masks, and crowns. Luckily they kept their smiles on.
Atticus fell asleep before we could take his picture in his costume, so he dressed up first thing in the morning. I think he was worried he was going to have to wear this from now on. He started to cry when he saw me coming with it
Our big boy Thomas finally got into preschool. He didn't really want to go at first, but he wouldn't stop talking about it when I went to pick him up. He loved everything about it.

I found Violet like this. In the crib, with all her animals lined up and tucked in...adorable!
Hazel's 6th birthday.
The pumpkins the kids carved. I think one of them is a little sick.
Cute!!
